Jivamukti Yoga - the experience where the ancient teachings of yoga philosophy touch our modern world in hopes of awakening our own body, mind and heart.

All daily integrated practices allow for a contemplation and transformation of the relationship with our inner and outer worlds. Our aspiration is to cultivate awareness and appreciation of life and all lives.

An invitation to immerse in the teachings of Yoga whilst enjoying coastal walks, endless sun, mountains and sea.

11.30 Lecture - How rooted are we on the foundations of Yoga? A deep, sincere exploration of how Yāma is the foundation of all Yoga practice.
12.30 Āsana exploration - "A fearless heart workshop" deepening into backbending and inversions.
