We welcome practitioners of all stages of life and practice.

When you come:

  • Practice punctuality in respect of the students, the teacher and the teachings.

  • Please bring and practice on your own mat ideally. And anything you might need for your practice like towels, watter bottle for after practice etc.

  • Please come openheartedly.
